AstroPoojan is a brand operated by PRAKRITI PATH VENTURES LLP.

Refund & replacement policy

  • Donations and Self Puja payments are non-refundable.
  • Puja bookings may be rescheduled before the Puja begins, subject to availability and approval.
  • Once a Puja has started or been performed, no refund, rescheduling or exchange for another service is allowed.
  • No service-to-service exchange or adjustment is allowed.
  • Spiritual products are eligible for replacement only if received damaged/broken, counterfeit or incorrect, subject to verification.
  • No general product return, cash refund or exchange for a different product is allowed.
  • Legally required remedies and reversals for failed, duplicate or incorrect payments remain available. These exceptions require authorised review and do not happen automatically.

रिफंड और प्रतिस्थापन नीति

  • दान और स्वयं पूजा के भुगतान वापस नहीं किए जाते।
  • पूजा शुरू होने से पहले उपलब्धता और स्वीकृति के अधीन बुकिंग का समय बदला जा सकता है।
  • पूजा शुरू होने या संपन्न होने के बाद रिफंड, समय बदलना या दूसरी सेवा से विनिमय की अनुमति नहीं है।
  • एक सेवा का दूसरी सेवा से विनिमय या समायोजन नहीं किया जाता।
  • आध्यात्मिक उत्पाद केवल क्षतिग्रस्त/टूटे हुए, नकली या गलत प्राप्त होने पर सत्यापन के अधीन बदले जा सकते हैं।
  • सामान्य उत्पाद वापसी, नकद रिफंड या किसी अलग उत्पाद से विनिमय की अनुमति नहीं है।
  • कानूनन आवश्यक उपाय और विफल, दोहरे या गलत भुगतान के रिवर्सल उपलब्ध रहेंगे। इन अपवादों की अधिकृत समीक्षा आवश्यक है; ये स्वतः नहीं होते।

For a verified replacement, rescheduling request or legal/payment-error remedy, contact AstroPoojan support with your booking/order/payment reference and relevant evidence. Approval is not automatic. Existing accepted booking terms and payment records are preserved.
